In 2003 I started a company called Common Futures Research as a side project to keep me involved with the real world while I endulged my academic tendancies in graduate school at the University of Utah. 5 years later things are running smoothly and I have to dedicate very little of my time to keep them that way.
Common Future Research's main line of business is in acquiring, improving, and providing high quality living situations to people whom might not otherwise be considered for similar quality units. Through meticulous financial planning and projection CFR is able to offer high quality living environments at below market rental rates. Though providing housing at below market rates, CFR has been able to maintain a good rate of return on invested capital; showing that hard work in selection and maintenance of residential real estate can result in a win-win situation for everyone involved. CFR is continually looking to expand its core business area as well as explore other opportunities to provide increased benefit to society while maintaining fiscal viability. If you would like more information or have suggestions please visit CFR's website.
