This ale is light bodied ale is moderate in alchohol. Low on bitterness and heavy on peach essence, this is a beer for people who don't like beer.

6 lb. Alexander's Light 1 lb. Belgian Biscuit Bittering 1 oz. Cascade Pellet (6.2% AA) Wyeast #1338 European 50 ml. Smack Pack 1 Bottle Peach Extract

Instructions

Use a large wart volume to keep the sugar from carmelizing to keep the color light.

This ale is medium to full bodied with a toasty taste that is just as described... nutty.

6 lb. Alexander's Amber 1 lb. Belgian Biscuit Bittering 1 oz Perle Pellet (6.7% AA) Wyeast #1028 London Ale 50 ml. Smack Pack 1/2 Tsp. Almond Extract
1/4 lb. Chocolate Finishing 1 oz. Fuggle Pellet (5.7% AA)
1/4 lb. Black Patent Dry None

Special Instructions

When racking from secondary into bottling bucket or keg add 1/2 Tsp. Almond Extract and mix thoroughly. The longer you let this beer age the more natural the almond taste becomes. Aging less than 1 month is not recommended.

This beer is high in bitterness and hops flavor as well as alcohol. It is medium bodied with the amber-red color of a classic IPA.

This stout has very traditional dark color but a light body. While slightly bitter, the very dry coffee like flavor is prominent and is complimented by the slight bitterness.
